Six powerful Archfey of Feywild, in Dungeons & Dragons. Elias and Siobhan Alastai rules the Court of Coral in Feywild’s oceans. They are sibling Archfey known as the Sea Lords. Elias Alastai, Sea Lord of the Shallows, commands rivers, lakes, and shoreline reefs. He considers the welfare of those who dwell along the strands a testament to his mastery of the sea elements.
Siobhan Alastai rules the deep oceans with quiet melancholy, rarely leaving her submerged city. Like the ocean itself, she is slow to anger, but when she does, her wrath drowns entire lands. The Prince of Frost rules Feywild’s Winter Court. His smile carries no warmth, and mercy is an utterly foreign concept to him. He holds mortals in utter contempt. He is not needlessly cruel, but rumors whisper that he schemes to bring one long, eternal glacial age upon the mortal world.
Oran, the Green Lord, stands as the greatest Archfey of nature. An unrivaled hunter and woodland warrior, he is attuned to every branch and bough of every forest throughout the Feywild. Also known as King Oberon, he has the loyalty of the elves in the Feywild, as well as many treants, dryads, and satyrs. His complicated relationship with Tiandra, the Summer Queen, has spanned centuries. Tiandra, the Summer Queen, is among the mightiest of all Archfey.
Her smile ripens crops. Her frown summons wildfires. She holds genuine fondness for mortals, drawn to the beautiful urgency of their brief lives. Also known as Titania, she has less disdain for mortals than most Archfey, thus appears nominally less fickle. The Summer Queen is known to grant favors to those who serve her well. The Queen of Air and Darkness, sister of Tiandra, was utterly corrupted by the Black Diamond, an artifact of ineffable evil.
Now an incorporeal husk, she schemes to turn all fairy folk toward darkness. Patient, cold, calculating, and utterly emotionless. The Queen delights in stripping beings of their self-will and autonomy, just as she has lost hers, eternally to the black diamond’s corruption.
